Codmah's staff is considered to be its most valuable and important resource and to promote this relationship our staff is continually encouraged to provide feedback so that the business can continually improve. In turn Codmah utilizes a comprehensive internal skills database to ensure that all staff meet the required regulatory and or industry specific qualifications. To this end scheduled training is carried out at the required intervals to either refresh existing or introduce new qualifications.
Codmah is equipped with an extensive range of light, medium and or heavy plant that can be applied to each project based upon the specific requirements of construction. All operators of plant are properly trained and assessed prior to being authorised for active worksite operations.
Furthermore, Codmah's modern fleet of plant is continually serviced by a dedicated team that operates with the aid of an internal electronic maintenance program allowing scheduled servicing to occur with no interruption to a construction schedule.
Codmah places a high emphasis on effective occupational health and safety and environmental management and through development, implementation and maintenance of an integrated quality, occupational health & safety and environmental management system, accredited by SAI Global, we are able to maintain a high standard of performance with greater control and management of OHS&E risks and impacts.
Today Codmah is strategically based near the M5 & M7 entry & exit junctions at Prestons in South Western Sydney.
