Three Towns Sewerage Scheme - Wilberforce Section

Sydney Water PSP Alliance – Commenced February 2010

This section involves the construction of a 15.5km DN40 to DN180 PE Reticulation Main in roads ways and verges throughout Wilberforce. Additionally, 670 boundary kits (residential connections) are to be installed. Construction methods include open cut excavation, rock trenching & HDD.

The PSS Property Works component of the sewer works requires the installation & connection of pots, discharge lines & their electrical connections.

Sydney Water PSP Alliance - July 2009 to December 2009

The Yellow Rock section involves the construction of a 5.5km DN110PE PN20 Transfer Main, 1.1km DN160 & 355PE PN20 Gravity Main and 3.0km DN50, 63, 75, 90PE P20 Reticulation Main in roads ways & areas of solid rock. Additionally, 190 boundary kits are to be installed throughout Yellow Rock town. Construction methods include open cut excavation, rock trenching & HDD.

Sydney Water PSP Alliance - Commenced July 2009  

The Glossodia section involves the construction of approximatley 12 kms of PE DN 40-200 reticulation low pressure sewer mains within Glossodia's residential & commercial areas. Included in the construction package is 750 boundary kits. Construction methods include open cut excavation, HDD & bedboring (road crossings).

The Freemans Reach section requires the construction of approximately 6km of PE DN40 - 200 reticulated low pressure sewer mains throughout residential and commercial areas, including 320 boundary kits. Construction methods will involve HDD for the smaller diameter and open cut for the larger diameter pipe.

Connaught Road Extension - Blackheath Upper Blue Mountains

Construction of 3.5 kilometres of DN150 & DN200 high pressure steel gas mains to reinforce supply for the ACT gas distribution system.

Upper Blue Mountains Priority Sewerage Program

Sydney Water Alliance - December 2008

The Priority Sewerage Program is to provice sewerage services to un-serviced towns and villages. Works consist of the excavating, HDD and underboring, pipe installation, positioning and fitting of sewer lines and junctions, supply and compaction of bedding concrete, side support and overlay to install LPSS and Gravity Sewer Pipelines and boundary kits in the upper Blue Mountains.

Sewerfix Overflow Abatement Program

Sydney Water Sewerfix Wet Weather Alliance - March 2008 to March 2010

The Sewerfix Wet Weather Alliance Overflow Abatement Program involves the construction of new sewer and storm water pipelines and maintenance holes through various Northern Sydney suburbs. The aim is to reduce the risk of sewerage overflow into the stormwater system during periods of wet weather.

Transfield Services - Winmalee Sewerage Treatment Plant

Transfield Services - February 2008

The installation of pipelines and related ancillaries for pumping centrifuge centrate to aerobic digester and digester supernatant to head of works. This involved approximately 350 metres of DN150 ABS pipeline PN12 and associated fittings and valves, approximately 150 metres of electrical conduit and installation of reinforced concrete plinths for the new pumps.
