Emu Plains Rail Crossing – installing primary pressure gas pipeline, using micro-tunneling, 8.5m under the Main Western Railway.

Gungahlin to Amaroo Capacity Development Project - Installation, testing and commissioning of 2.7Km of High Pressure Steel Gas Pipeline. included, open cut trenching, horizontal directional drilling, creek crossings, cathodic protection system, installation of Hot Tap Fittings, valves & MIJ’s’.

Hume to Tuggeranong Interconnection – 5.7Km of welded gas pipeline. Project included 240m of cased boring, open cut trenches, pipe jacking, creek crossing, cathodic protection system, installation of Hot Tap Fittings, valves & MIJ’s;

Penrith to Emu Plains Primary Gas Main – The first successful completed intersect HDD in NSW. 3Km of welded gas pipeline, running under the Great Western Hwy, and crossing the Nepean River.  

Wakehurst Parkway Capacity Development Project - Decommissioning existing 375mm medium pressure steel pipeline and construction of a new 250mm diameter polyethylene (PE) gas main into an 11km section of the existing steel gas main between Frenchs Forest Road and North Narrabeen;

Eastern Suburbs Capacity Development Project - 2.9km of DN200 diameter secondary pressure (1050KPa) steel gas main.

Munmorah Gas Feeder Pipeline - construction of a 4.0 kilometre DN250 12.7mm x 42" steel gas pipeline

Caltex Transfer Pipeline (Botany) - construction of approximately 3km of 350 NB Primary Fuel Main to supply the Caltex Refinery.

Blue Mountains Reticulation Project - Construction of 550 kilometres of gas main reticulation and connection to over 8,500 customers to the AGL Gas Network. The Project also included the construction of 385 kilometres of 50 & 100mm Telstra conduits, the installation of 4,630 P5 and P6 Telstra pits and 1,154 interconnections to existing Telstra plant.

Tumut, Gundagai & Adelong Natural Gas Networks - Construction of 20 kilometres of lateral (feeder) mains to Gundagai and Adelong townships and the reticulation of 115 kilometres of 40, 63, 90, 110 and 160mm PE gas mains in Tumut, Gundagai and Adelong.

Water & Sewer

North West Growth Centre Project (Western Sydney) -renewal of 1.7km Portable Water mains DN450 DICL + DN508 SCL pipes and 1.7 km Recycled Water mains DN450 PVC + DN508 SCL pipeline in Kellyville NSW.

Water Main Renewal Project (Western Sydney) - renewal of ductile iron water mains from 100mm to 250mm diameter pipes in approximately 22 western Sydney streets.

Airport Industrial Lands Collector Sewer –

• 1.8 kilometres of 225mm diameter uPVC gravity sewer plus 35 maintenance holes and 6 ventilation structures

• 2.1 kilometres long 150mm diameter oPVC rising main plus two Case Bore road crossings, 34m and 82m long respectively;

• 2.4 kilometres of 100mm conduit and pits for NBN fibre optic cable.

Bargo Town –

• 17km of PE sewer mains in sizes ranging from 50mm to 180mm

• connection of approximately 818 properties.

• 95% of the pipe was installed by 24x40 and 36x50 HDD rigs.

• The rest by means of trenching with excavators.

Cowan Town

• 4.7Km of PE sewer mains and connecting of 220 properties

Appin Town

• 12km of PE sewer mains and connecting 520 properties.  

Freemans Reach, Glossodia and Wilberforce

• 42km of reticulated sewer mains 


• Connecting 1600 residential properties and businesses.  

• Overall project laying 116km of pipeline.  

Hawkesbury Heights/Yellowrock

6.4km of reticulated sewer mains in sizes ranging from 40mm to 160mm at Yellowrock, Hawkesbury Heights for PSP Alliance.

Drayton Coal Mine – Storm-water

• 30m pipe-jacking, replacing the collapsed, original pipe with a 1500mm RCP, using case boring machine between two dams.  

Stuart Highway, SA

• 582m of Thrust boring under Stuart Hwy, Railway lines, and local council roads. 

Electrical & Telecommunications

NBNCo Installations

• To date, Codmah has installed over 6km of conduit for the NBN

Ausgrid, Contract Cable Laying

• Ausgrid has appointed Codmah as a principal contractor to conduct cable laying in Sydney Metro and Central Coast regions for minor works.

Tuggeranong - Belconnen, A.C.T.

• Installing 19km of telecommunications conduit in 4 worksites, using HDD and open cut trenching.

TransACT Communications Infrastructure

• 6 months project, building the TransAct Communications Network in Canberra

• Lithgow to Bowenfels
